Fukuoka Hakatanomori Stadium, Fukuoka Prefecture, Fukuoka City
Located within walking distance form Fukuoka International Airport, the stadium is surrounded by forests at the centre of Fukoaka City. The venue has a capacity of 22,563 and due to the design; spectators can experience the game within a close distance from the field.

Located in the north of the island of Kyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture is an industrial hub, with nearly 40% of the island’s economy coming from Fukuoka. The modern city, which is Japan’s fifth largest, has a rich food culture that is not to be missed. This includes Hakata tonkotsu ramen noodles and fresh seafood.
The prefecture also has a plethora of historic shrines, templates and castle ruins to explore, such as the famous Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine.
How to get there
It’s easy to get to Fukuoka City from Tokyo or Osaka by plane or bullet train. There are frequent flights between the cities which can take about 1 hour 35 minutes from Tokyo, or 1 hour 10 minutes from Osaka.
